order of startup programs

I have Norton Internet Security 2005 and I want it to startup last when I
start my computer. I tried putting it in the startup folder but it starts up
disabled and is not in the system tray. How can I make the program last on
the list of programs that startup when I first turn on my computer?

Hi,

You can't. For it to run properly you need to allow it to start at the part
of the boot sequence that Symantec has determined to be the proper point to
protect the system.
