Order of attachments

When inserting attachments in an e-mail I somehow have two scenarios:
1. The files are inserted as icons in the mail-body. Here I can arrange the
attachments in a logical sequence.
2. The files are inserted in a list below the Subject line. In that list I
can not arrange the attachments if I want.

Is there a way to arrange the order of the attachments in this list?

1) This is when composing in RTF-format. Only use this format when you are
emailing with people who are also using Outlook as the mail client.
2) It's listed in the order that you add the attachments but don't rely on
it that the order is the same for the receiver. Always reference to
attachments by their name. This will reduce confusion for no matter which
mail client you are using.
