Question on Attachments

[Please Help]

Hello all,

When I attach a file to an email, sometime, attachment goes to Attachments
line below the Subject line, and sometime, it goes to the body of email.

Does anyone know what causes to do it? How can I do it to make the
attachment goes to the Attachments line below the Subject line?

It depends on the format you use. Rich text will attach the document in the
body of the email, HTML and plain text will set up a separate field either at
the top or bottom of the email.
