opticle card reader mouse error problems

just bought the item above,and i have a dual boot system
with win 2k main (sp4) and win xp secoundary,i have had no
problems at all with win xp instalation of this card
reader mouse,and all works well,however i can not get this
hardware to install on my win 2k.

ive tried everything,but i get the following error pop up
every few minutes.

"pqv21svc.exe there is no disk in the drive
device\harddisk2\dr8"

also with slight changes at end eg dr10/dr5/have been seen
also.
now on win xp it shows 2 extra drives installed all corect
and working,and basically when u insert your media card it
just loads up the contents of the media card.

ive tried cd drivers/web drivers (from company) windows
own.
but no matter what i do i can not get this installed and
the errors popping up,the device says its win 2k and win
xp compatable,so i need help deperate.

oh and now ive made a bloody terrible error of actually
signing up for this thinking it would help

how now do i bloody get rid of the 50+ an hr shit spam
emails that come from here.

honestly microsoft ought to be ashamed they really did.
oh and dont say get a email spam blocker, i shouldnt have
to especially from microfts own site thats caused it.
iam so annoyed that my real proper and only 1 email client
is now totally destroyed due to the crap just off here.

warning to anybody thinking of registering here and
posting DONT unless u want like i say 50+ total spam with
virusus all day.
