I've no idea - I've never heard of that occuring while defragmmenting.
Usually that is a boot error message indicating bad or missing boot files.
Could you describe what is happening and when it happens in a bit more
detail? Include anything else you have recently been doing with the system
(installations/patches/upgrades).
