"Operation Failed" window on startup

After I have used one of my 5 profile names in Outlook 2003 and exit the
program the following happens the next time I start Outlook:

I get a popup window titles "Microsoft Office Outlook". The message shows o
red circle with an X in it with "The Operation Failed". I press "OK" and I
can restart Outlook.

What needs to be done to eliminate this inconvenience?
(My operating system in Windows XP Professional)

Hi,
have you installed any addin?
If so, please deactivate them!
If not, try to create a new profile!"
