Operation could not be completed. Faxmessage could not be found

W2K3 Std Edition; Fax Console Build 3790.srv03_gdr.040410-1234

I can not preview a fax in the Fax Console. There are some faxes in the
incoming box. One of them produces an error message while doubleclicking:

Fax Console: The operation could not be completed
Details: Faxmessage could not be found. (7009, 2200001487)

The line with the console only shows messagesize. Other faxes are ok.

I tried to delete all Files in the All Users\...\MSFax\Inbox. All Faxes
disappeard, exept the broken

What to do?

Incoming folder has faxes that are still being received. I guess one of your
incoming fax calls was accepted but aborted before receiving any pages.
That's why you see an entry in Incoming folder but since there is no body
(data) you cannot preview it. The fax would be in All Users\....\MSFax\Queue
directory. By the way what's the Size of message shown & what are the other
properties values like number of pages?
