operating system login problem

Frontpage 2000 logins work with windows XP, but not windows 98. Any ideas?
 
Logging into what, where??

Sorry, I have a user who's trying to reach her frontpage web on our server.
 
Have the user close FrontPage and do a windows file search for files named:
*.web
and then delete all found.

Then reopen FrontPage and try again.
