Opening Users Screens

When users appear on the opening screen how do I remove the Message that
states how many emails I have. It is just for my personal preference--I
don't like everyone who uses my computer to know how many emails I am
receiving. Could you let me know how I can remove the icon message??

The easiest way is to use TweakUI, a free PowerToy from Microsoft.
