Opening URL in Outlook 2000

If someone sends me an email with a URL in it, I should be
able to click on it and have it launch my browser and go
to that site. But nothing happens. I forward the email to
someone else and it works for them. I copy and paste the
url into a browser window and it goes to the site. So I'm
thinking this is a setting in either Outlook or IE that I
need to change. But what?

We have the same problem. Can anyone out there help us???
