Opening PP on Non-PP computer

Packaging my PP on CD for another person to use on their
computer that does not have PP. I downloaded from
Microsoft's site, "Viewer Download". Do I need any
written instructions for the other person who is going to
open up and view my presentation? Please assist, thank
you.

What version of PowerPoint do you have? If it's PowerPoint 2003, just use
Package for CD. If not, I would recommend an autorun CD so the end user doesn't
need to do anything and nothing is installed on their system. See:
