Opening Outlook Items Takes Ages

Hi;

When I open any Outlook Item (OL200 SP3) it takes at least 45 seconds to
open and the Task Manager shows Outlook.exe occupying up to 100% of the
processor for this time.

If I select and Reply or Forward a mail it opens normally.

Any help appreciated.
