Every time I open my picture folder my computer shuts off. Sometimes right
away or within a few seconds it just shuts off and restarts. This happens all
the time. I can't add pics to my ebay store or anything. Please help and

Do you happen to have Adobe PhotoShop or
Elements installed?

If you do...right click on a .jpg file and choose
Properties. Click the Photoshop Image tab
and uncheck the "Generate Thumbnails" button,
then click OK.

I know the issue is with your My Pictures folder...
the point I was making is that PhotoShop can
cause that issue. If you do not have PhotoShop
or Elements installed....then something else is
at fault.
