When I right click on a picture how can I make it show photoshop as a choice?

Also when I fill in a form or URL address and type alittle a vriety of
choices come up some are really wrong choice wgere i have mispelled in the
past. any way to delete someof the choices/

Choose Open With - Choose Program - Browse to it or Select from list, and it will appear on the Open With menu in future.
