If you're referring to Internet Explorer (or other web browser) pop up
windows while internet surfing, get a pop up stopper. I use Ad-Shield, but
many posts in this group make recommendations for other pop up stopper
utilities.
I finally fixed this problem after a year! Try Spybot. I cleaned my computer using this program, had to do it three times to clear them all out but IE finally works again!
