Excel Open, resize and save pictures excel VBA

Hello,

I am trying to write a code for opening re-sizing and saving pictures in excel VBA.
I tried using the picturebox, or creating a shape, using classes like Cimage and clsPictureBox. But everything didn't work.
When using the picturebox i can open and save an picture but resizing didn't work.
When working with a shape i can't save the picture.

Somebody want to share an example of doing this?

I am using excel 2010 64bit.
