an open mail relay installed. Go out to www.grc.com and run a port scan

My server has always had only acces in relay to my corportae LAN and also The allow users who succesfully authenticate checkbox is selected. I read in an articule published that with exchange 2k sometimes internet relay testers may probe im an open relay eventhough im not. This articule is E304897 in spanish. Is this open proxy problem related with Exchange, Windows???
