N Nikki Jan 16, 2004 #4 Find the file named "Outlook.exe" on your hard drive. Copy a "shortcut" and place this shortcut in the Startup folder on your machine. Mine is located here (yours is probably similar) C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR PROFILE NAME\Start Menu\Programs\Startup Any programs that are in the folder named "Startup" will launch themselves when you turn on or login to your machine.
