Outlook autorun module

I have followed some advice on here but struggling with coming to an end with it,
I need outlook to outrun the module ReplyInHTML,
I have created the Application Startup function, what lines should I add to run the module mentioned.
Also what command should I use to open also the calendar maximised on startup?
