Yes, but you will get errors since your Internet Connection, antivirus etc.
might not be ready yet. Better to put a shortcut in the Quick Launch part of
the taskbar or your Desktop, wait until everything is loaded and launch it
from there. If you want it minimized on startup, right click on the shortcut
for OL & select that on the shortcut tab in Outlook Properties. Note that it
will appear as an icon in the Notification Area on the lower right and not in
the Taskbar.
