Outlook windows hiding behind

Hi,

I have a little annoying problem. I have this user with outlook 2003,
sometimes (not all the time) when she opens up a new email, the email in
question will open up behind the outlook window, so she has to minimze
outlook to get to read it, then if she replies to that outlook email the
reply screen hides behind the new email.
Not a big issue but obviously annoying.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Neither reinstalling Office nor using "Detect and
Repair" have fixed it.
