Error 0x80070021 When Backing up Outlook 2007

Receiving Error 0x080070021 when using the backup option in Outlook 2007.
The backup does work for my archive files, but not the main PST file. I am
using google sync to sync calendars. I have shut it down with no change. I
booted into safe mode and the backup worked fine so I know it is some add on
that is keeping my PST file open. Is there any easy way to diable add ons so
that I do not have to unistall everything and use trial by error to track
this down. Vista Home Premium, Outlook 2007 Enterprise .

The only way to rule out an add-in that is causing the problem is to run
Outlook in safe mode, disable all add-ins, then run outlook normally and
enable them one by one until you get the error.

I removed all Add-ins while in safe mode. I rebooted and started Outlook.
With all of them diabled, I got the same error when using the back up option
under file. Any suggestions?
