Outlook minimizes when I try to close it

All of a sudden when I click on the X to close it minimizes it to the system
tray instead. The only way I can get outlook to close it to select "close"
from the File drop down menu. How can I get it to go back to closing rather
than minimizing?

I prefer it to close rather than minimze as 2 profiles run on this outlook.
If it's minimized instead it opens to the existing profile rather than
prompting it to select the profile.

Which version of Outlook are you using?
Sounds like something you have installed doesn't allow Outlook to close
properly.

I'm using Outlook 2003. I deletd an add-in as suggested in your link and
that fixed the problem. Thanks Roady.
