open new window from favorites

how can I open a new window everytime i click on a saved favourite? when i do
it nmow the new page opens up over the current one??
 
IE, Tools, Internet Options,Advanced. -Scroll to
Uncheck "Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts"
