Open my Excel hyperlinks in Firefox

Hello. I prefer using Mozilla Firefox to IE on my laptop, and I want to set
my web hyperlinks in an excel spreadsheet to open in FF rather than IE. On
another laptop, this happens, but not on mine.

Please help! :)

There are a couple of ways that I know that it can be done.

The easiest is to open Firefox, and goto Tools>Options>Main (tab)

At the bottom is a line 'Always check to see if Firefox is the default
browser....'

Click the button to say check now and it wil set it for you.

You can select te line to always check if you like and it will check and
report if someone or anyother program changes it.

(There is a similar option in IE (V7) (Tools>Internet Options>Programs (tab)
at the bottom.)

You can also mess with the file associations on the folders but this is more
difficult.
