Open In New Window

Is there a way in IE to open every link in a new window without having
to right click the link and choose Open In New Window?

Yep.

Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Uncheck:  Reuse windows for launching shortcuts |
Apply | OK
