Links open then close immediately

On web pages when I click a link the page opens for a brief second then
returns to the current open page. I can right click and choose open in a new
window and the link will open. Can someone help me fix this??????????????????

Scan your system for malware. In case that you're using IE repost to
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
