OnScreen Keyboard at Windows Login Screen?

Hello,

I am trying to get the OnScreen Keyboard (OSK.EXE) to run at the user login
screen (so people with touchscreen but no keyboard can log in). I can't
figure out how to do this or can someone suggest a third-party software which
will do t for me?

Thanks

I know of no way to do this at system level. You might want to try this on
the windowsxp.customize newsgroup.

press the Start+U button on the logon screen and you will have
the Accessibility window (The narrator may run atoumaticly Stop it)
Click on the Onscreen Keboard and then Start Button
That's It.

That would require a physical keyboard, something the OP stated the users
didn't have.
