typing "L" logs me off

My daughter was playing on one of my computers and now when I try to
use it the computer acts as though the Windows key is stuck because
when I type "L" it logs me off, "R" bring up Run and "T brings up
explorer.

I also had the Narrator and Onscreen Keyboard popping up and figured
out how to stop that, but I can't seem to find anything on how to stop
what's going on with the keyboard shortcuts.

How do I stop this?

That's the first thing I checked. Sticky Keys is not checked in the
Accessibility Options. I checked it, hit Apply and unchecked it and
hit Apply to be sure and it's still doing the same thing.

Any other suggestions?
