Only some of my emails won't send, others send fine.

Most of the time my Outlook works fine but recently (a month or so) some of
my emails are not leaving my outbox. One would assume that those emails had
not been sent but the some of the recipients are telling me that they are
receiving the same email that never left my outbox. So, basically, I have no
idea if people are getting my emails. HELP!!

Hi DL,
Yes, my Norton is integrated I would assume.
It is not listed in my Add-ins though.
Do you think that Norton could be the problem?

Very possibly, uninstall Norton, then use the tool available on Norton site
to completely remove Norton, clear temp files & reboot.
Then run an Outlook repair (how depends on version, but can also be done
from the Office cd)
Then locate scanpst.exe, the repair tool, which maybe a hidden file, and run
it on your outlook data file (with OL closed) the data file possibly named
outlook.pst

Norton can be reinstalled, but select the option NOT to intergrate with
Outlook
