online pictures are grainy

On-line pictures have been appeaering grainy when loaded
up. I can right click on a picture and choose "refresh
picture with full quality" and it resets and is clear and
sharp. Does anyone know why it's doing this and what I
can do to fix it?
 
Go to macromedia.com,install shockwave and flash players.
Both are required to view some files at microsoft.com
and for videos.The only other quick fix,have you upgraded
youre video drivers lately,go to mfg web site for xp
downloads,for the motherboard or graphics card.
