Online crash caused by Device Driver

Computer was working fine before I uninstalled turbo tax and also installed windows updates KB820291; KB821253; KB831240; KB831240; Windows update V4. I have reinstalled and uninstalled turbo tax per manufacturers directions, but computer still crashes stating error caused by device driver. Could one of the installed windows updates be the culprit?

i have had this happen in the past just updated about a week ago and it started crashing online again
