Broadcom driver causes BSOD.

Hello,
I am using a Compaq Presario R3000, that has a Broadcom internal wireless
card. I think that the driver causes a BSOD when I startup the computer from
a hibernation. It does not happen when the wireless device is turned off, and
when it does, the bluescreen always says DEVICE_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with a
refrence to NDIS.SYS in the error. What do I do. I have already reinstalled
the driver about 3 times already, used the driver that windows update
provided, and I have uninstalled the IRQ controller, but none of these have
helped.

After uninstalling the driver/adapter, reinstall using *only* the driver
provided by broadcom.
Then if neccessary update the driver from Broadcom web site.
Also check their site for any Firmware updates (different from driver
updates)
Do NOT use win update for any hardware devices
If there is still a problem contact Broadcom tech

Hi Adam,

Uninstall the card using Device Manager, then remove the card from the
computer. Get a new Card or adapter from a different manufacturer.

However, I think that problem lays with the Wireless Network Manager of
the card itself.
