Peggy

Computer was working fine until I downloaded the following
windows updates: KB820291, BK821253, KB831240, Windows
update V4. I also installed, used, and uninstalled turbo
tax. Now my system crashes and I have not been able to
fix it. Help

I think turbo tax has spyware and whats left may not be
happy the rest is gone. so get spybot from
safer-networking.org. update first and scan on easy mode
and remove the spyware.

Thanks Kenny. Per your suggestion, I did run spybot,
however, the problem still persists? Any other ideas?

Uninstall the updates and see what happens.
