One user's login shows 1 unknown program is running

On the blue logon screen, before clicking on a user and entering a password,
under one user it says 1 program is running. However, after logging into that
user I don't see any running program on the taskbar. Is there a way to find
out what program this message is referring to?

Thanks to anyone who may help.

Look in msconfig while logged onto their account. Maybe something starting
up there that is being counted as running. I've also seen "explorer.exe"
turn up as the 1 program running. Not a problem as this always runs in any
profile.
