one can't see the other

Orientation:
I have two computers, both running Windows XP Pro. They
are networked via a router and share a DSL connection. On
computer A (henceforward called "Bobs-box") has been set
up so it can see computer B (called "Router bound (Tango)"
or just "Tango"). More specifically, when I'm at Bobs-
box, under My Network Places, I can see:

locodisk (c) on Router bound (Tango)
My documents on Bobs-box
SharedDocs on Router bound (Tango)
Tachyon on Bobs-box
temp (d) on Router bound (Tango)

Problem:

I have gone to Router bound (Tango) and performed the same
procedures to share locodisk (c) on Router bound (Tango)
and SharedDocs on Router bound (Tango). I've even run the
Network Wizard, but no matter what I do, I when I look
under My network places, I only see:

locodisk (c) on Router bound (Tango)
SharedDocs on Router bound (Tango) and
temp (d) on Router bound (Tango)

When I look under Entire Network, Microsoft Windows
Network, Workgroup (yes, I'm that creative), I can see
Bobs-box - but when I click on it, I get the error message
that says "it's not accessible and that maybe I don't have
the permissions to access it.

I am the administrator on both machines. What am I doing
wrong?

Hi Brutus
Check you've enabled simple file sharing, shared some directories and you've
disabled Internet Connection Firewall on both pcs.
