onboard lan problem after computer went into sleep

I was moving my keyboard around today and i accidentally
hit the sleep button on the keyboard. When i got the
computer back up my onboard lan was not working. When i
tested it with windows it said everything was fine, but
there is no activity light and no activity on my router.

Close the connection and re-start it. You can also click
the "Repair" button and see if that fixes it.
