? on Moving OL2000 PST & toolbar configs to OL2003 on PC#2

Hi,

I have OL 2000 (IMO) on PC#1. My toolbars on top and side (outlook bar) are
just right. Would love to know which OL2000 files I can copy over to PC#2
which already has OL2003 installed (but not OL2000), and what folder to put
them in (possibly, I realize, coping over their existing 2003 counterparts
with the same file names? Or is this mission unrealistic, in which case I
will just start over and configure my OL2003 toolbars on PC#2 from scratch
to emulate my OL2000 configuration on PC#1.

I think many of my OL 2000 configuration settings reside in my OL2000 PST
file (in addition to the data), which PST file I plan to migrate over to
PC#2, and then open in OL2003 by Open/Outlook Data File and pointing to my
OL 2002 PST file.

Besides my PST file, I know my OL 2000 OUTCMD.DAT file also contains
important configurations.

Just out of curiosity, will OL 2003 "convert" the OL 2000 PST file, change
its extension, etc., when I open it in OL 2003?

Any thoughts (or URL references) that might be helpful in this quest would
be much appreciated. If this isn't the right newgroup, please advise which
one is appropriate (I did review the outlook "migration" newsgroup but it is
not used much, hence my posting here). TIA. Nella

Following up, I moved my outcmd.dat file from OL2000 to the appropriate
OL2003 folder and my toolbars popped up almost 100% the same; now just have
to migrate the PST file over. Nella
