OL2003 to OL2000 .pst files

Transferred all my OL2000 contacts into OL2003, then realized I needed to
access them on a OL2000 PC. For a long time I couldn't find a way to convert
back to OL2000, but now noticed that there is a way.

When was this convertor made available to the public?

Never heard of such a converter. Transfer them back to a 97-2000 type
PST, the same way you transferred it originally to the 2003 type PST.

The "converter" is Outlook 2003. Iin OL 2003, create a new OL
97-2002-format PST with File>New>Outlook Data File>Outlook 97-2002 Personal
Folders File (.pst), then copy the Contacts folder to it. Close it with
right-click>Close, close Outlook, and you'll then be able to copy it to the
OL 2000 system and open it there with File>Open>Personal Folders File.
