On abbriating, or shortenning text at rhe top text bar

I wanted to know, if there is anyway, that delete or at least shorten the
information display at the very top of the title bar, if I do not wish a full
summary, as to the website or information that I am viewing, so that if I am
in a public place, others will not see the display results at the top title
display bar.... Please let me know what to do......
