OLE Server Error

When attempting to add a common dialog control to my form I
get an error that the OLE Server is not registered and to
re-install to register.

I don't have any Norton Antivirus running and have
installed teh latest version of MDAC.

Any suggestions?

Finally got it! It was the COMDLG32.OCX that was missing.

I installed and registered it and everything works wonderfully.
