Unbound Object Frame giving error-OLE Server Not Registered

I am trying to insert an unbound object frame into a form.
The graphic is a bitmap and Access keeps giving an error that the OLE Server
is not registered? My Office suite is registered. What the hell does that
mean?!?!

It means that the server object needs to be registered in the registry. You
do not apparently have a OLE Server registered for displaying your bitmaps.
Try reassociating bitmaps with MS Paint.
