Make this Unbound OLE go away please!

I have a database that began about 10 years ago. There is an image that was
added to a form a long time ago via an unbound ole. The properties of this
object show that this is apparently an embedded "Microsoft Clip Gallery"
image. It is old and ugly so I wanted to delete it and put in a different
image. Well, I can't. When I try to delete it I get this error message:

"The OLE server isn't registered. To register the OLD server, reinstall
it."

I've searched the knowledge base and found similar error reports, but from
different situations. I can make it invisible, but I really want to get rid
of this thing. Thanks!

Todd,

This may not be practical, if you have a lot of code, but you could create a
new form and copy and past all of the objects into it less the ole object.
