Old PC to New PC

Outlook files transfered from old PC to new PC
using "Intelimover" cannot be found anywhere in the
Outlook on the new PC. They have been stored in a
seperate folder file as .PST files which I cannot open or
use in any way. How can I access these files and import
them into Outlook????
 
Ensure pst's are not read only, In OL File/Open/Data File, browse to
location
