old pc help

Hello i have a old pc running windows xp.

The motherboard is a7v333 1.67ghmz, with 1gb ram.

In the bios i overlock the speed to 1.8

Can this overheat the cpu ?

I did not mess around with any jump setting on the board.

All this was done in the bios.
 
Get Core Temp or Everest and you'll be able to check it out for real .
