This is not a Windows XP question. Besides, you gave us no information which
we can use to help you. Who is the ISP? How did you previously access this
account? Is it that you just forgot your password? Please provide details if
you would like help.
If this is an Outlook question (that is, you are using Outlook to access the
account, but you are having trouble with Outlook itself), please try another
Outlook-appropriate group. You'll have much better luck there, anyways.
I'm not sure what you mean. Are you trying to access an old email
account? If so, you need to provide some more details. What is your
ISP? Which email client are you using to access email (Outlook,
Outlook Express, AOL, etc.).
you were using Outlook or Outlook Express, go to that
computer and do a search for a .wab file. This is your
address book. Save it to a disk, and use the import
feature of Outlook on your new computer to bring in the
address book.
