I have an old contact manager program called BAM (Basically a Monkey). This
program is no longer supported. Data is in Access. I'm interested in using
Outlook's Business Contact Manager but would like to determine if I can
import the old data I have into the new program. If so, how much of the old
data will import. I have names, addresses, notes, etc. Would appreciate any
help.

BCM will import Excel and CSV files which should be easy enough to export
from an Access database.

BCM can directly import Access tables into BCM Accounts and Business
Contacts. You have to map the Access table's columns to fields in the
BCM entity. There's no mechanism to import anything else (e.g.
Opportunities or meeting history) from Access.
