importing contacts, data, emails and attached files from ACT 2009

I would like to change from using Act 2009 to Outlook Business Contact
Manager... Is it possible to import from ACT to BCM. The only information I
have been able to find in regards to this references older ACt programs... If
anyone can point me in the in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Looking at Office Pro Plus 2010 BCM can import from Act 2005 thru 2009 from a
..pad file and for Act 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 from a .dbf file. Also from Quickbooks
99, thru 2005 .IIF files. Get to this from File - BUsiness Contact Manager -
Import & Export - Import from other Applications -
