Howdy all...

I use OL2003 Calendar not only as a scheduler but sorta as a journal of what
I did today/yesterday etc. How can I tell OL to NOT set a Reminder on
something I entered that I did yesterday, or two hours ago. Too much
clicking to remove them individually, can't I just tell OL to not create a
reminder for something in the past?

Thanks,
R.

No, can't be done. You either have to disable reminders globally and enable
them where wanted or turn them off on a one by one basis.

I don't remember OL2000 doing this. Does MS know how illogical it is to set
a reminder on something in the past?

Outlook 2000 didn't do that. It cleared the reminder on past items. There
were lots of complaints about Outlook making it impossible for people to do
what they wanted so it was changed. Can't please everyone...
