OL 2007 - Reminders not Indicated in Calendar

When I set an appointment in OL 2007, the indicator that I have a
Reminder on this item do not show up as it did in previous versions.
How do I get OL 2007 to show the Reminder Indicator when I have a
Reminder for an appointment?
